Scientific Molding Methodology - RJG

The eDART SystemTM, a powerful production and process control system, is used extensively within our plant. We are assured of quality parts shot after shot with real-time process controls.

ATEK Plastics incorporates scientific molding methodology via RJG cavity pressure sensing technology, DECOUPLED III MOLDING, and RJG Master Molder Certification. We are one of the few North American molders who has made the commitment and investment in this state of the art technology. This translates into a high quality part for our customers.

Vision Systems

ATEK Plastics incorporates fully automated, in-line, real time vision systems that take advantage of DVT camera technology to 100% inspect each part off the tool. Our vision systems can check for attributes such as flash, contamination, and short shots that are unacceptable to the quality standards of ATEK and our customers.

Joined with RJG Decoupled Molding technology, it means that parts are scrutinized both in-process and post-process, to assure quality is built into the parts, not just inspected after the fact.
