Vision Systems

ATEK Plastics incorporates fully automated, in-line, real time vision systems that take advantage of DVT camera technology to inspect 100% of each part off the tool. Our vision systems can check for attributes such as flash, contamination, and short shots that are unacceptable to the quality standards of ATEK and our customers. Poka Yoke fool-proofing systems are also integrated within our vision systems.
