Production/ Process Control Systems and Cavity Pressure Sensing Technology

RJG is a comprehensive system used in the plastics industry. Included are processing strategy, in-depth training, commercial strain gauge cavity pressure sensors. DECOUPLED MOLDING SM techniques The Insight System. ATEK Plastics utilizes all aspects of the RJG program. This advanced technology allows for decoupled III molding. Few molders in North America use this technique.

The eDART SystemTM, a powerful production and process control system, is used extensively within our plant. We are assured of quality parts shot after shot with real-time process controls.

VISION SYSTEMS
Vision Systems show the way. DVT cameras inspect for short shots in critical areas, as well as inspecting openness of breather holes AND checking for flash on slanted surfaces. The cameras inspect for contaminates in the area of .05mm2. With a one part-per-second production velocity, rejected parts are sorted and removed automatically.

Poka-Yoke fool-proofing systems are integrated with our vision systems. Decoupled molding ensures integrity at every step of the production process.
